Using the forum. By registering on this forum, you agree to use it properly, and to refrain from posting any content that is aggressive, offensive, defamatory, hateful, or in violation of applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to post messages inciting or evoking illegal practices, or violating the terms of use of the service.

The moderators and administrators of this forum will do their best to delete or edit any reprehensible messages that may be posted on the forum. You acknowledge that all messages posted on this forum express the opinion of their respective authors, and do not necessarily reflect the position of the moderators and administrators.

In order to ensure the moderation of this forum, any message violating the preceding provisions may be edited or deleted without notice by the moderators and administrators of the forum. Any abuse may also be sanctioned by banning or deleting the user account. We reserve the right to inform your access provider and/or the judicial authorities of any malicious behaviour.

1. You are not allowed to sell any gaming systems including xbox360, ps3,psp,jtag,etc. Unless allowed by an Admin only! 2 You ARE allowed to BUMP your topic unlike many other forum sites!!! 3. Under any circumstance you are not allowed to scam members of this forum/site, result in doing so is a permanent ban of the website with NO second chances. 4. Extensive use of language such as vulgur language is absolutely not allowed and will result in a 24 hour to 7 day ban. 5. No posting of nude pictures, pornography, or drug talk is not allowed and will result in a permanent ban! 6.NO Mini- Modding 7. Only allowed to post in english language! 8.Please make your topic title one we can understand and be notified about what your topic is discussing, Examples of what not to do "I need helo with..." please provide an explanation of what you are posting. 9. No avatars signatures banners, anything that can have a picture is not allowed to contain nudity, pornography, or explicit language! Failure to follow rules will resullte in a permanent ban! 10.Staff of this website have permission to lock/delete/move any topic they feel is posted under wrong section. 11.Advertising on The Gamers Guide is prohibited. 12. No alternate accounts are allowed to be created in this site for any reason unless allowed by an Administrator/moderator. 13. Follow all rules i have posted so far for everythign such as posts, topics, quick reply, PM, etc.. 14. After an ammount of 4 warnings it will result in a 7 day suspension or 14 day suspension. 15. Please if you see abuse report it imediatly to an Admin/Moderator. 16. Although we would all like to post and leech off of shareware and illegal files such as an exploit, we can't. NOBODY is allowed to post any links or upload any files that are meant to be purchased or have copyrights attached to them saying the file(s) cannot be distributed freely. If we see any posts or chat discussions pertaining to the distribution of illegal software and/or files, that content will be removed as soon as possible and the user will receive a ban. The length of the ban will be determined by The Gamers Guide website's staff and will vary depending on the volume and type of content the software or file(s) contained 17.Play safe follow all ruleas and Have Fun!! remember you ARE allowed to BUMP your topics!!
